Peter Hotton

Peter spent his young adulthood travelling around the world by land and sea. He experienced many different industries including travel agency, property, sheep farming, tourism and yachting.

Peter started teaching in the late 90’s after graduating from Sussex University, Brighton, in International Relations. He continued with his studies until he passed his Cambridge DELTA in 2001. He worked for the British Council and the London School of English, both in Ukraine, where he taught Business, General and ESP classes, together with designing and delivering Teacher Training development courses. He then qualified as a Cambridge University Examiner and continued to travel the world from Nicaragua to Cambodia, teaching students and training teachers. He now uses Malta as his base and joined the ETI team in 2014.

Peter is fluent in a number of languages and lists his interests as gym, Tai Chi, International Relations, Travel, Sport and Sailing.
