Neil joined ETI in 2013 and has 12 years of experience in English language teaching. He is a Business Communication trainer and enjoys the interaction with senior business professionals that come to ETI for training. Neil obtained his Trinity CertTesol in 2005 in Malta and also holds a BA Hons degree in Music from the UK, and a MA in the History of the Order of St John – from the University of Malta.
Originally from London, he and his Maltese wife settled in Malta in 1992. After leaving UEA university (Norwich), Neil held a senior management post in advertising, marketing and media, both in Malta and the UK. He is a commercial writer and consults in brand development and media strategies and has worked with clients in a diverse range of business sectors, both B2C and B2B, including finance, retail, IT services and automotive.
Neil remains active in research in these and other areas. He has assisted in the launch of national piano competitions both in London and Malta and presents pre-concert talks for the Manoel Theatre in Valletta.
